Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy • A $400 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your charter date. • Charter dates will not be held without a deposit. • The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to departure. • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the 72-hour deadline will result in cancellation of the charter and forfeiture of the deposit. • All charters must be paid in full prior to departure. Cancellation & Refund Policy • Cancellations made 10 or more days before the scheduled charter date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. • Cancellations made less than 10 days before the scheduled charter date are not eligible for a refund of the deposit. • No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of departure or for no-shows. • Charter rates are subject to change; however, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored. • Johnston Fishing Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a charter due to unsafe weather, river conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
